It’s almost time!

It’s been more than 9 months since I started to prepare for our Iceland trip. I spent so much time planning and researching that by now I feel like I’ve already been to all these places I wanted to see. Worse yet, I’m almost afraid that the actual sites will not be as vivid as I imagined them.

Anyway, I’m ready for our adventure and hope Alex is ready as well. This trip is officially dedicated to the 15th anniversary of our first meeting in June 1999 (ta-da!).

Here is a map that roughly outlines our trip itinerary. I know that it is too ambitious for an 11 day trip and we may end up skipping many of the landmarks on the map. We’ll see.
